Overview
The Activity & Approval Reports section in Skynyx BMS provides a centralized view of activities and approvals associated with orders. Users can filter records based on order stage, activity or approval type, assigned user, followers, and status.
The section includes two reports:
- Activities By Order
- Approvals By Order
Activities By Order
The Activities By Order report provides a view of activities associated with orders. It helps users monitor activities and their current status based on the selected filters.
Report Filters
Order
Select the order stage to view activities associated with the selected order status. The default selection is Ongoing.
Activity
Select the required activity to filter the report based on the type of activity.
Assigned To
Select the user to whom the activity is assigned.
Followers
Select the relevant follower to view activities associated with that user.
Status
Select the required activity status to filter the report.
Search
Click the Search icon to apply the selected filters and display the matching activities.
Report Actions
The report provides the following options:
- Print – Prints the displayed activity report.
- Excel – Exports the activity report in Excel format.
- PDF – Exports the activity report in PDF format.
Approvals By Order
The Approvals By Order report provides a view of approval records associated with orders. It helps users monitor approval activities and their current status.
Report Filters
Order
Select the order stage to view approvals associated with the selected order status. The default selection is Ongoing.
Approval
Select the required approval type to filter the report.
Assigned To
Select the user responsible for the approval.
Followers
Select the relevant follower associated with the approval.
Status
Select the required approval status to filter the report.
Search
Click the Search icon to apply the selected filters and display the matching approval records.
Report Actions
The report provides the following options:
- Print – Prints the displayed approval report.
- Excel – Exports the approval report in Excel format.
- PDF – Exports the approval report in PDF format.
Activity & Approval Report Management
The Activity & Approval Reports section enables users to:
- View activities associated with orders.
- View approvals associated with orders.
- Filter activities and approvals by order stage.
- Filter records by activity or approval type.
- Identify users assigned to activities or approvals.
- Review followers associated with records.
- Filter records by status.
- Search for relevant records.
- Print activity and approval reports.
- Export reports in Excel and PDF formats.
